Excellent product, and good coms throughout; they respond fast to emails and do not expect you to go through chatbots. The product was absolutely excellent, good prices and really well packaged. Why not 5 stars? Well only because I felt so sorry for the delivery drivers. It says on FW's own website that it will take about six people to lift it safely, and despite me reminding them of this, they still allowed just two people to deliver it with a tiny trolley. Well... the trolley would not move it so the two drivers had to lift it with our help and it was only out of the kindness of their hearts that they managed it; I could tell they were in pain. I just think - responsibly - FW should have ensured they had the right hearvy duty equipment provided to move it, or additional people. But... the delivery guys did it! They were amazing! They deserve a medal and, all in all, I am delighted with Furniture World!

Thank you for your review and your detailed comments. I am pleased to hear that you received good service from the online sales team. I note your comments regarding the delivery team – this is a contracted courier company who are aware of the weights involved of all our products. I am not sure why there were only 2 people on the delivery team given the weight of the dining table, and we will follow this up with them to ensure good service is provided for our customers and a duty of care to their employees.

Love the pantry unit delivery was fine, but when I gave feed back about a draw not opening I felt that I was not listened to ! I had to sand down a piece of wood that was stopping the bottom draw from opening! I was told it was ment to be like that but I couldn’t open the draw at all until I laid it down and forced it open ! Now I’ve sanded it it opens fine

Delivery service was very good! The delivery guys called 1 day prior to inform me about the upcoming delivery which was a good thing as i was not available on the day they planned to deliver so we had to arrang it on a different day. On the day of delivery, they called me 1 hour before the intended time of delivery. I cant fault them! Thank you!

HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR FURNITURE TO ARRIVE , BUT WHEN IT DID DELIVERY WAS GOOD AND FURNITURE WELL PACKAGED , ONLY 1 SMALL CHIP ON THE WHOLE BATCH SO CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF PACKAGES DELIVERED , IM HAPPY

Overall service has been excellent. However communication with regards to delivery needs to be improved a little - to receive a text and email suggesting furniture will be delivered following day is an unreasonable expectation, needs to be advance planning from both parties. However, once this was addressed - delivery as planned within time frame. Furniture well packaged, sturdy and robust. Has changed our room immensely

The furniture I received was of pretty poor quality, would break very easily would not recommend. The actual ordering and delivery from Furniture World was very good. Shame the product was so poor

Prompt delivery , quicker than expected. I was expecting the chair to be unboxed when delivered, but not a big issue.

Poor information about delivery time, worrying comments about damage during delivery to room but delivery itself by 2 very competant guys was a welcome relief.

After getting a confirmation email about expected delivery date between 23 & 29 & nothing coming no email update or communication until I emailed company then was another 2 weeks said was late arriving to warehouse after that delivery company were very good with communication

Furniture world itself was ok but when specifying delivery there should be a clear option for delivery AND assembly. Table was so badly damaged we had to return it and cancel order.
