After an unsuccessful attempt to resolve some extra charges, my account was suspended, causing me to lose access to around $132,500 (my initial deposit). Luckily, a friend recommended (Benito Gabriel ), and their team managed to recover not only my original investment but also the profits and bonuses I had earned, preventing a potentially devastating financial loss. π„π¦πšπ’π₯ β€”ππžπ§π’π­π¨π πšπ›π«π’πžπ₯πŸ’πŸ’πŸ—@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐒π₯.𝐜𝐨𝐦 π–π‘πšπ­π¬π€π©π© β€”- +𝟏 (πŸ“πŸŽπŸ“) πŸ’πŸŽπŸ-πŸŽπŸ•πŸπŸ’

Didn't keep us informed of ETA had to constantly follow up they said they will call back had to follow up all the time . Still waiting for an ETA.

Did not keep us informed of order status, then used a courier who were next to useless. Appreciate that this is not your business per se, however we are your customer and it is your responsibility to ensure goods are delivered in a timely fashion. We should not have to be continually chasing. Also was VERY disappointed that the sofas were just unceremoniously dropped off in massive boxes and we were left to deal with them. If you were on your own there is absolutely no way on earth you would be able to get them out of the boxes. Very very poor service.

First class service. from placing the order I was kept uptodate on delivery etc. The unit arrived very well packaged and ahead of the given date I was given when I placed the order, the unit itself superb. very happy. would reccomend

Ollie at the Truro store was brilliant when we were choosing a new bed, he was really helpful. We are delighted with the new Tempur mattress which he suggested, Delivery was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend Truro branch.

Ordered a chest of drawers mid-August. Arrival was delayed for 2 months, and when the item eventually arrived, the marble top of the chest was broken in half. Had significant trouble seeking recollection and a refund, and had to effect a chargeback on my credit card to recover the cost. Awful experience, shoddy customer service and not recommended.

You are no doubt aware we are legally obliged to sort out any issues you experienced with your purchase under the distance selling laws. You took delivery of your chest of drawers on 7th November. Because we wouldn’t give you an immediate refund for the damage without having the goods returned or in the possession of our courier you raised a chargeback on 8th November. We did not dispute that you were due a refund, but we reserve the right to have the goods back in our possession in order to fulfil this. We advised you not to raise a chargeback as this would delay your refund whilst the card company investigate. I understand you have been chasing our online team for the refund today, but unfortunately we are unable to refund whilst the chargeback process is in place. Our understanding is that the chargeback dispute will resolve on 1st December.

I found the price to be very good and both the pre and post sales service to be excellent. My chairs arrived within the expected timeframe, and even though one chair had a bit of damage (not related to Furniture World) as everything was factory sealed, they contacted the manufacturer and I had a replacement part the very next day. Overall an excellent experience and I would have no hesitation in using again.
