“One star for price, one star for delivery in good condition. Beyond that I personally had poor service, terrible communication with excuse after excuse when they eventually did respond. To the point where I wrote and told them they were lying to me; guess what - no response. Shame really.”

“Ordered a chair on the 11th June, delivered on the 17th, but unfortunately the chair was ripped on the back at the bottom (packaging could have been better). Had to email / call customer services a few times. Latest update as of the 23rd is that a replacement part will be sent when stock becomes available. But no indication of when this could be. Also hoping that whoever delivers it, takes away the one with the rip in !”
