Overall service has been excellent. However communication with regards to delivery needs to be improved a little - to receive a text and email suggesting furniture will be delivered following day is an unreasonable expectation, needs to be advance planning from both parties. However, once this was addressed - delivery as planned within time frame. Furniture well packaged, sturdy and robust. Has changed our room immensely

I purchased a bed frame from Furniture Warehouse recently but unfortunately I got confused and ordered the wrong size. I'd discarded the wrapping etc and and saw that it could only be exchanged if it was in the original packaging. I was v distressed and called F W. Spoke to a woman named Zia who couldn't have been more helpful. She sent me new packaging and arranged exchanged. Would highly recommend F W for it's excellent customer service

The furniture I received was of pretty poor quality, would break very easily would not recommend. The actual ordering and delivery from Furniture World was very good. Shame the product was so poor

HELLO I AM OVER THE MOON WITH MY KITCHEN ISLAND EXCELLENT QUALITY WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FURNITURE WORLD , I AM LOOKING TO FIND 2 MORE ITEMS TO FIT IN MY KITCHEN . ONLY ONE NEGATIVE VIEW WAS THE PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY

I love the cabinet. However even though the cabinet was well wrapped when it arrived it was still damaged and dented in places. It would have been impossibly to re wrap and send back. I contacted you and you send a barcode off the packaging. I had not kept the packaging as there was so much of it. I feel disappointed as the cabinet wasn’t cheap, well wrapped and still damaged. The dents must have been there prior to being wrapped therefore overlooked.

We will provide them with feedback as clearly the packaging was insubstantial. If you would like to contact our online sales team, I have added an allowance to your order as a gesture of goodwill, to take the sting out of your lovely cabinet being damaged.

My parents ordered 4 chairs and a table. They waited 10 weeks instead of 4/6 weeks. The table arrived and they were very pleased. But the chairs. They had a phone call to say they were ready for delivery. Then another phone call to say they had to pay more money, even tho they had paid in full. Then on delivery day they tried to deliver 2 chairs only. After a phone call to the depot the delivery team went back to pick up the other 2 chairs.

It’s disappointing to read your review and without further information – name or delivery post code – we can’t look into this to see what happened. Sometimes things do go wrong with deliveries, but its seems that everything was resolved satisfactorily in the end and the table and chairs were delivered.
