The service was fine when making the purchase but when there was a significant delay in getting the item delivered, the service was poor.

After getting a confirmation email about expected delivery date between 23 & 29 & nothing coming no email update or communication until I emailed company then was another 2 weeks said was late arriving to warehouse after that delivery company were very good with communication

I was not present during the delivery; my 18-year-old daughter accepted the sofa on my behalf. I had anticipated that the delivery would be conducted by experienced professionals who would handle the furniture with care and respect for my property. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. The conduct of the delivery team clearly falls short of this standard. I called Furniture world on the next day but they advised me to contact delivery service. I called few time and sent a email but i didnt hear from them. Furniture world itself was ok but when specifying delivery there should be a clear option for delivery AND assembly. Table was so badly damaged we had to return it and cancel order.

Furniture world were very efficient on notifying me of my order, dispatch and projector delivery day. When my bookcase arrived, it was beautifully packed. I unpacked it there was no sign of damage whatsoever.

The staff at Truro branch were excellent so helpful when we had trouble ourselves with the weight of of the table being unable to put it upright , came out to us and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

Exquisite service. I phoned up to ask about delivery options and the possibility of having the table built as it’s very heavy. The customer service was amazing, I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone. All email communication was also very pleasant. Thank you to the team!
