“I purchased the Chester Oak Painted White - Nest of Tables. I have to say that the service from start to finish was amazing! The tables arrived within 24 hours, delivered (300 miles away!), by a really helpful and pleasant driver. Everything was immaculate upon delivery, and the tables were of a great quality. Unfortunatly the wood was too light a shade to match the rest of the furniture I had in my living room, not Furniture Worlds fault. I spoke to Jade who was absolutly fabulous on the phone, (you can tell when a person enjoys their job as you could feel the warmth of her smile). Jade kindly arranged for the tables to be collected the following day. I wish I had known of this compnay before I ordered all my other furniture, as they were just so reliable and efficient. My refund was processed by Jade dead quickly. Also the fact that you could speak to a human on the telephone to sort a query out in this day and age is just superb. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Apologies it has taken me a few months to write this review.”
