“The item was a good price. It was delivered in expected timescale. Furniture word kept me informed of the delivery. Their delivery agent phone me to confirm where to leave the item as I was not at home. Excellent service.”

“The original delivery estimate went from 2 weeks to over 9 weeks by the time of delivery. In my case my wife is heavily pregnant so this was not good at all. The delivery guys themselves did a great job and took it right upstairs with a heavy mattress on awkward stairs”

“We needed a smaller table and chairs for our kitchen and Furniture World had exactly what we wanted. We were originally given a 3 month lead time for delivery but that was brought forward by 6 weeks, a brilliant bonus.”
