“This is our second purchase from Furl & I cannot praise them enough. Excellent, helpful service & well made quality products. The whole process from start to finish was faultless & the delivery team were very polite & efficient. The Simplicity Ottoman bed is solidly built with excellent storage and the Latex Mattress is by far the best mattress we have ever slept on. Thank you Furl!”

“We ordered a storage bed December 2019. Lots of advice and guidance in the showroom to help colour material choice was much appreciated! Due to lockdown our building work completion was delayed, Furl kept our bed for what seemed like an age until we were finally ready for delivery. The delivery went smoothly, the team were great, despite it being a 2nd floor delivery and quite a warm day. The bed is just perfect, it looks amazing and is very comfortable. I did get a wool mattress protector for it. So pleased with our purchase and already checking out the sofa beds!”

“I would definitely recommend FURL to family and friends. The team were very responsive and friendly. The Team who delivered and installed were friendly and very quick. The website was easy to use too. I liked being able to design our product and see how it would look before buying and without visiting the showroom.”

“I found Furl to be extremely helpful and professional throughout the ordering and purchase process, particularly as we were unable to visit the showroom because of Covid-19. In addition, the delivery was bang on time and the men carrying out the delivery and assembly of our sofa bed did so very professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending Furl to others.”

“Sofa bed is wonderful and just what we ordered. Delivery team was very good and erected and moved it to where we wanted it. We also ordered a hideaway pouffe which is expensive but it does what we require it to do. I have to say though that the feet to the hideaway had to be put on by the delivery team, but no screws were provided, obviously a mistake, but luckily we had screws here that were suitable. I would like to mention, that communication was not always forthcoming, but that could be something to do with COVID.”

“Smooth service. Good communication, I got a call when the team was on the way. The delivery team put together the sofa in no time, was informative and polite and came equipped with masks, adhering to the covid safety measures. Overall, a very positive experience and the sofa looks well made and is comfortable and a pleasure to sit on.”

“I had excellent service from Furl from the moment I walked into the shop to the point of delivery. Marcin who guided me through the purchase expertly patiently waiting for me to choose the right fabric and accessories. Also a bought a wonderful console table and chairs. They also kept in touch whilst I was waiting for the delivery . When the furniture was delivered the two gentlemen were so helpful positioning and making the sofa, demonstrating how it worked. They are excellent advocates for furl. Thank you all I am will highly recommend you to family and friends.”

“The delivery and assembly of the sofa bed was very smoothly and professionally accomplished - even up our three sets of windy stairs. All the wrappings were taken away and everything was left tidy. The sofa itself looks marvellous and is very comfortable. Slightly concerned about a gap between the seat cushions and the base board, but I have been assured that this will close up as soon as we start sitting on it. The delivery time following my order was very protracted due to the pandemic. I would have liked Furl to keep me updated a bit more regularly over the many months of waiting, but the product is definitely worth the wait. I would certainly recommend.”

“The delivery team arrived bang on time. They called ahead to let us know exactly when they would arrive. They quickly assembled the bed and were polite and courteous. They checked we were happy with everything before they left. A number of other companies these days have delivery that are clearly not invested in ensuring the customer is happy - they just want to get the delivery done and get out quickly. We did not feel this was the case with the Furl team !”
