“the hardboard that I ordered was good quality . it arrived bright and early . being lazy I had not got up but by the time I had got dressed the helpful driver had unloaded my order for me .”

“Staff were very helpful when I phoned and were able to schedule a delivery that worked for me. However I ordered 3.6m length decking and received 3.0m length boards. They delivered more boards so the overall length was the same but I am not sure why I received different boards. In the end the product is pretty good, some more tantalised than I'd have liked but good straight boards and not too many knots.”

“I am not happy at all. Everyone of the 2x6 lengths is warped. I needed straight wood to build a roof. Is this normal, if not I would like to exchange 8 of them for straight ones Please let me know”

“Ordered various cuts of timber. Very keen prices and the delivered timber was good quality. Lead times quite long, possibly due to ongoing industry supply problems at the time. Very happy overall with the service.”

“1. Quality of product extremely poor and damaged, we were unable to use as planned and changed our design to cut out the damaged sections, at least 10 boards were badly damaged and many others were slightly damaged. 2. Delivery arranged for before noon arrived at 2.00pm no apology. 3. When called to find out where delivery was, informed no way of contacting driver, so we were left not knowing where our delivery was. Very dissappointed.”

“Exactly what I expected. Great delivery service. It was raining on the day of my delivery and the driver kindly moved the boards underneath stairs so they wouldn't get ruined until I came back from work.”
