“Fulham Timber offer me the confidence to order any product in there catalogue knowing the quality will be first rate , I’m now retired but still love to keep my hand in and knowing Fulham will supply me is reassuring. I used Fulham while in the trade on projects requiring top grade timbers and ply , our industry is overrun with sub standard grade timbers and it’s the big boys in the mega stores who are pushing rubbish timber so I thank Fulham for their quality of product it gives you a fighting chance of turning out quality jobs.”

“I had two lengths of Balau hardwood decking delivered. One was in an acceptable condition the other was completely twisted and kinked in the middle. Totally unusable. This should not have gone out for delivery. This has caused me time and money.”

“We've used Fulham timber twice now and on both occaisions the service has been great. First order was quite small and wasnt sure they would accept it, but the decking was delivered on time and was in great order. SAame with the second batch. We are now gearing up to place a 3rd order in the next week. Would thoroughly recommend based on our experience... Thanks Mark”

“Contacted customer service and was told I would be able to select a delivery date and time when my order was ready, this was obviously a lie just to get me out of their hair. Followed up 3 times and was only told what date it would arrive 2 days before it got here, not time. No confirmation email after delivery and customer service was for the most part useless. Really disappointed in the customer service team and the poor organisation, did not accomodations for any issues and had no interest in solving them.”

Hi Elliot, Thanks for your review and apologies for the experience you've received. Looking into our mail thread for your order, I can see that we emailed you on the 13th of April with a delivery date of 20th April, this email should have been sent within 48 hours of your order being placed to sorry about this. As for delivery times, we're simply unable to provide delivery times due to the unpredictability of heavy side deliveries with offload times, site requirements, etc, so my colleague should not have told you that selecting a time is possible. I will be looking into who this was by listening to call recordings and providing further training.
