“Extremely bad service and false promises for job to get done !! BEWARE it is fraud company. They Willy are your money and constantly promise tou to refund to which they never did to me . It had been more than week my job wasn’t done when I was in situation they kept telling me lies about engineer reaching in whatever time and after 50 calls to them I had to get the job done else where. Now they have my deposit money and they have been giving fslse promises for refund. I mean I have been in super stress since the time I called them first time and I keep on having to call them. I just have called them at lease 70 times and my matter has been not resolved. Micheal and Jo are very bad service provider as well as Andy their manager has given me false promises. In short all the people work in this company are total ** I don’t know how far they will go by taking monies of customers when they are stuck in situations!! It is absolutely wrong way to run a business 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”

“Customer service = appalling Work carried out = appalling Advised that I needed a new fuel pump as technician couldn’t get vehicle started. Had another company attend later the same day, fuel cap hissed when he removed it ( blatant sign that still was petrol in the tank) 2nd company removed the fuel, cleaned and got my car back to working order 5 stars to them. Still awaiting some communication back …..😡”

“After cancelling the order the guy on the phone was very rude and hung up in my face. It was quick and everything was done quickly but it wasnt very clear. Very expensive prices as well. To take out the fuel in the car and top it up with the correct one a total charge of £540?? And £100 deposit. While AA did the same for £245.”

“Had put the wrong fuel in my car . Called fuel fixer . Was told would be within the hour. Was nearer 2 hours. Was told would flush tank and fuel system. Mechanic removed the fuel and then replaced with diesel I’d assume flushing would mean adding some chemical and then removing it thus flushing . No flush of injectors or injector rail. No flush of the filter no replacement filter was carried out . The mechanic sprayed the air inlet hose until the car started eventually the car fired up and revs screamed to 6000rpm instantly . At this point water hose for oil coolant split and high pressure water sprayed out from the engine bay. Then the car stalled . The mechanic could not fix the issue he created and left me with a faulty car . He asked me to sign paperwork after this to state it’s not his responsibility which I have refused to sign. I am not prepared to pay for this unprofessional workmanship . I still have to pay for someone else to flush system replace fuel filter and now I have to fix the coolant system too I have many witnesses of all this and a review from the rac who had to be called out to recover the vehicle So far I have lost £75 and had my car made worse I do not recommend any one use your services untill there is a very good resolution put in place”

“I called this company to get my fuel tank drained and was quoted a very high price, after telling the person I would get back he asked why, I told him I thought it was a bit high so he said he would drop the price for me, he then came back with £100 cheaper, he was obviously trying to rip me off as I later found out the standard price to fix my car was at least £100 cheaper than he quoted me. I paid the £100 deposit as requested by him and was told that the van would take between 70 and 90 minutes, 2.1/2 hours later, still no van, I phoned and spoke to the same person who told me the van had broken down and that I would have to wait up to another 90 minutes as the van was coming from Milton Keens. They didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know! I cancelled Fuel Fixer and phoned the AA who were cheaper and got my car sorted very quickly. I wouldn’t rate this and would never recommend it.”

“I experienced profound disappointment and frustration regarding my recent interaction with your company. On April 15th 2024, I contacted your company for a fuel fix and promptly paid a deposit of £100 as requested. I was informed by one of your colleagues that the wait time would be approximately 1.5 hours due to the mechanic having other jobs and being busy. However, after encountering delays and receiving unhelpful assistance, I regrettably had to seek services elsewhere, as another company proved to be more efficient and accommodating. To my dismay, I found myself provided with misleading information throughout my communication with your representatives. When I attempted to cancel the service and request a refund, I was falsely assured that the mechanic was en route to my location. This contradicted earlier information indicating a significant delay due to other prior commitments. Encountering dishonesty in an already inconvenient situation only compounded my frustration. As a customer, I hold honesty and transparency in high regard, and it is disheartening to experience such disregard for these fundamental principles. I am requesting an immediate refund of my deposit, accompanied by an explanation for the misleading information provided. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to pursue alternative avenues for resolution, including lodging a formal complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies. I trust that you will give due attention to this matter and take prompt steps to rectify the situation.”

“I called these got told £288.00 to drain £30.00 patrol from my diesel car and had to pay £50.00 deposit upfront which I did because I was by myself ( women )got told they would be with me in the hour then got a call to say there running late. So I got given another number which was £165.00 no deposit and could get to me in 15 to 20 mins this was late at night when calling this company that your staff was running late and Iv called someone else 25 mins after I paid the £50 I was refused a refund of £50.00 very poor service would not recommend.”
