“Very expensive mistake! However, this company answered my call for help immediately and had someone to me within and hour and a half. The Guy was excellent. I didn't get his name but he said he was Hungarian. My vehicle was not straightforward but this guy would not give up until he had seen the job through, which he did - top marks!”

“A very efficient experience after miss fuelling our van. After the initial call the engineer arrived in 40 minutes to drain and flush our vehicle. An unbelievably nice, friendly and calming operator (Father Christmas) to help us out. He kept us informed of what he was doing and gave us a rough timeline. In a totally bad situation on my birthday, the problemwas dealt with quickly and back on our way within two hours of the incident occurring.”

“I stupidly auto-piloted at the pump and filled my diesel Land Rover Defender with petrol, only realizing my mistake after driving for ~10 miles, whereupon I was able to safely park! Thankfully, FuelFixer got an engineer to my location within 45 mins, and were able to empty the petrol from my tank, and empty the fuel lines to my Defender's engine. Thankfully, I was able to refill with diesel and continue our journey to Cornwall to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary! Did cost me an extra bottle of champagne as compensation to my amazingly patient and forgiving wife, though 😜 Thanks to the call-centre operative, and our engineer for their swift help.”
