“We found fuel fixer to be very kind and helpful. They attended within 40 minutes and made what could have been a very humiliating experience seem quite normal. Both Nora on the phone and James who came to rescue us were warm and compassionate and very professional in their approach.”

“The service from the call centre was very pushy and I was conned out of money. I told her I’d been quoted £180 including £20 petrol locally. She said she could do it quicker for £204, when he arrived e said the petrol wasn’t included.”

Helpful Report

“Very efficiant and cheerfully carried out when anyone asking for this service is completley embarrassed by their own mistake of putting in the wrong fuel. Ricky could not have been more helpful but the charge for this service is verging on eye watering......”

Helpful Report

“Came out quicker than other quotes and did the job speedily even if I did pay a bit of a premium. Good service - clear advice for onward journey and no subsequent problems. Bryn was very good.”

Helpful Report

“Really disappointed as all he done was cyphen out the fuel and jump the battery. Which you can do yourself. Cars spluttered and runs awful ever since. Not worth the money at all”
