“The engineer that came out was amazing. He was there very quickly and very kind to my son. ( Who's car it was)”

Helpful Report

“All good, got me moving inside of 2 hours. Only downside is the price of the addictive, I understand it was an extra but twice the cost of Halfords.”

“Speedy arrival! All arrived and work done within 2hours 🙌🏼”

“The driver got lost twice finding the location and went to Hitchin Garden Centre, rather than Vanstone Park Garden Centre Hitchin Road Codicote. Once arrived, he did an excellent job, only to find the fuel pump was the problem, not faulty fuel!”

“We filled our car with AdBlue about 11 litres. Having put petrol in afterwards we couldn't get the car started. This man from Fuel Fixer arrived within 45 minutes of our call he drained the car helped us fill up and had us back on the road within an hour. The alternative was using the AA the take us back home which would have taken hours and then we would still have had to find a garage and it would have taken days as it was new years eve. Great but very expensive service but it was worth it and i hope we don't make that mistake again but if we do I know they exist and would use them again.”

Helpful Report

“Attended very promptly and drained the fuel tank, flushed the fuel line and cleaned the plugs all within one hour. From my initial telephone call for assistance the whole process of getting me up and running again was flawless from start to finish. An excellent job.”

Helpful Report

“The gentleman who attended was lovely, and quick , an astronomical price to pay to fix though , won't be making that mistake again”

Helpful Report

“I put 3.6 litres of wrong fuel in and there was a small amount of diesel left in I think prices could be made more friendly the technician was there for 10 mins at the most.”

Helpful Report

“From the first call to the repair, it was totally professional and very very quick. Robert the 'fixer' attended and did the repair within the hour. I was very happy with the result. Also my thanks to Joe in the call centre. Was very helpful and advised me to call back if I was unhappy with any of the service provided.”

Helpful Report

“I was advised on the telephone that the cost would be £300. I agreed to this. On the arrival of the mechanic, I was advised that the cost would be £400. The cost increased 25% in an hour. Had I not been stuck for the then 3 hours, with my 82year old neighbour and two dogs, I would have argued the point. This conduct is illegal !”
