“The initial phone call was reassuring and the engineer came when expected with time to spare and any further anxieties were calmed by the engineer arrived, explained the process and got on with the job. The vehicle was left in perfect running order and it was great to know there would be no further difficulties.”

“After all, this was not a good place to be in having the wrong fuel in the car - but I have to say the team did their very best to make a bad day run as smoothly as possible. - having to wait 4 hours, when the van arrived, very pleasant and was able to sort the issue effectively. A week later I get a parking ticket for parking in the Fuel station! Making a bad day extremely bad day!”
