“We had Ady come and help out. He was a great guy, made me feel comfortable even for doing a stupid thing! He sorted us and got us on the way within an hour. As much as I hope I never need him again, I’d happily use him if needed”

Helpful Report

“Your mechanic did something wrong. Massive fuel leak the next day. Wouldn't start so called AA - they got me started but massive smoke and burning with puddles of diesel leaking everywhere. The AA said I need to ring you guys because you've done something wrong but when I tried to ring you the next day you didn't ring back. I paid £293 so should get a refund.”

Helpful Report

“5 out of 5 such a fast response and really reassuring on the phone - they were there in under an hour - so helpful as it was also around 6pm with my dad stuck in the rain on the side of the road! Thankyou!”

“The man who saved us out in the highlands was an absolute legend and I couldn’t ask for a better man to do the job that’s a 10/10 memo me and my partner 🥂”

Helpful Report

“I was impressed how quickly the guy took to arrive (from Burnely). He was very nice and efficient. The one negative....at £380 that is hugely overpriced for a job that took around 30mins.”

Helpful Report

“As a person who complains if there is something to complain about. I must say that the service that my wife and I received from your exceptional mechanic, was so good we were amazed by how quickly, my wife's mistake was resolved. Well done, and thank you.”

“The man who came to attend our car was very polite and helpful at all times. He went above and beyond to fix our problem and send us back on our way home although he was very tired himself. Thank you”

“Small wait but excellent service”

Helpful Report

“It’s ok thank you”

Helpful Report

“everything was fine except for the extraction pump. As the fuel was being extracted, there were a significant amount of bubbles in it (as viewed through the transparent extraction hose), which meant that it took around 40 minutes to empty the 80 litre tank. It looked like cavitation, which would suggest there was a leak somewhere in the pumping system.”

Helpful Report

“Came on time. Car now fine.”

“Very expensive but had to be done.”
