everything was fine except for the extraction pump. As the fuel was being extracted, there were a significant amount of bubbles in it (as viewed through the transparent extraction hose), which meant that it took around 40 minutes to empty the 80 litre tank. It looked like cavitation, which would suggest there was a leak somewhere in the pumping system.
