Lovely product and a great gift which was very happily received however delivery time for the star pack far too long I chased twice after 10 days and only when I chased was my order shipped it said 24hr delivery however took almost 3 days further to receive.

Unfortunately. Despite the fab offer of 3 stars for my 3 grandchildren…being on the fab offer at £7, via Wowcher…l had nothing but trouble with all three whilst attempting to Redeem the vouchers! Being that my elderly disabled parents (3/4hr drive each way) were needing my sometimes 3times a week help from myself, plus my own voluntary work for wounded Veterans…l just could have done without the complex, non customer friendly (especially as l personally have no computer nor printer). I asked two friends, plus one of my two sons, to redeem the stars. None of which could. So then l spent 3/4hr in the local library to no avail. I had written 2 emails to Wowcher and 1 to yours, again, to no avail. So l then tried to ring Wowcher (11 different numbers from varied advice methods)…yep, you guessed it… Nada! Finally a VERY patient young lady sat and pressed and tried this and that and then opening up a new page to actually type in the Hptt code called out by myself from my mobile onto her computer screen…and at long last 2.5mths later… and another 1/2hr later in the library… we got them Redeemed at one day before expiry !! Why expire at all?? Non technical folk, also suffering from PTSD and Long Covid such as l - need time and more basic instructions what and where and how long to press for to “activate “ the non working redemption keys. It was extremely worrying and frustrating. A very non-friendly (for what turned out 5 different people) to get the Redemption key on the confirmation sheet to work!! After all 3 had been Redeemed… we then tried the “Print” key! Didn’t and don’t still work - so no certificates have yet been printed out to frame for their Birthdays! (Already one has been and gone!!? 🤷🏻‍♀️🥺

I bought this through Welsh and it took me 4 attempts to try and get it registered.The two websites are not very conducive.

I was really hoping that this would be a lovely Christmas gift. I placed my order over a week ago but have yet to had any confirmation of my order or an e mail containing my gift. I feel unable to review this product until I have received the gift.

Unfortunately my parcel was lost during delivery however I did get a response but only after I emailed. They did send another for me which I appreciated.

I wouldn't buy this as a print at home version again, I would buy the boxed one. It takes a lot of ink and paper and then you need to get something to keep it in. Very messy.

The service is very quick to get the star, however, the customer service is really poor. I have still not received my star pack after 3 weeks now and after a few emails, I still have not had any response. I have bought stars in the past and been delighted with the service, hence I returned to purchase another, but thoroughly disappointed this time hence why only 3 stars and not 5.

Did this through Wowcher (well at least I thought I had) so instead of paying the reduced price I got charged the full. Support team were good. For an online email to the recipient I thought it was expensive.

I got a voucher and it went well. I was pleased with the product, but I got 5 more for my Grandchildren. I've had difficulties in redeeming the voucher and my request for help has Bern ignored.

Expected more for the money, too many add ons etc very complicated and by time you get a paper copy the price almost triples

The gift is nice and the folder it comes in. However the return label on the actual postage envelope gave it away, so knew the gift inside. Could have been more discreet
