The service is very quick to get the star, however, the customer service is really poor. I have still not received my star pack after 3 weeks now and after a few emails, I still have not had any response.
I have bought stars in the past and been delighted with the service, hence I returned to purchase another, but thoroughly disappointed this time hence why only 3 stars and not 5.
