“Ordered 3 gift packages for my kids in their dad's honour who recently passed away and all I received was the digital versions when I ordered and paid for the gift packs for each of them very disappointed they were supposed to be a Christmas present from their dad they've not long lost i tried n tried to contact you about it and got not one response except to say I had a ticket and would be contacted in 24hrs every time I emailed that was an auto response”

“I originally ordered the star certificate on December 24th via digital delivery, meaning I was supposed to receive an email of my purchase. After almost a few days of waiting I still hadn’t received any email with my order and so I emailed the customer service email on their website and have received no reply. I then tried to order the star box instead to give as a gift and paid extra for it to be delivered quicker with Evri and since purchasing I have received no update from Evri saying they’ve received it or that it’s even been dispatched. In total I’ve sent 4 emails and not one has been answered.”

“My wife was overwhelmed with her two stars im so happy myself, I would recommend a thousand percent as it was such a special gift and the star folder was came in a lovely envelope and can tell a lot off love went into the design thankyou so much”

“Ordered 3 gift packages and was sent 3 digital certificates and had no response or refund from. You when I have emailed you lots to Complain will never use your site again they were for my children whose dad has just passed away wanted to do something special for them all and you ruined that”

“Perfect and thoughtful gift for school-age kids to open their young and curious minds about astronomy. The idea of a real star being named after you is awesome. Being able to write personalised messages also gives it a lovely touch. Time to get a telescope so we can see and explore the stars above us. thank you sky registry team!”

“I received my certificates online, but I have not received my folder I paid £15 for. It said it would be with me in 2-5 business days, it has now been 7 business day's was sent out on 29th November. I have emailed about this with no reply either.”

“Well i got this for the Mrs as i was not sure what to get her and now when she looks up at night she will know (and everyone else) that is a star named after her and will be in the stars looking over everyone she loves forever. To me thats beautiful and amazing. This was such and easy setup and would 100% recommend this if your struggling for a unique and wonderful gift.”

“Names a star and products are lovely. Only disappointed by them stating if you tag them on social media about your purchase they give you the opportunity to name another star for free. Tagged them both in insta and Tiktok, also emailed them. No response.”

“Gives the family that little extra sparkle when looking up at the sky forming a sense of connection for people that don’t even believe for myself i believe fallen angels are watching and regardless of what’s real and what’s not in this life they have a star named after them and that’s priceless for me process was easy and made understandable great products as extras delivered with care tracked all the way thank you 🙏🏻”

“I ordered name a star gift for my babies memorial and I wanted fir it ti arrive early for the date which was weeks away. I had to email to get this sent and ended up coming days after the date I wanted it for! I did get it all emailed but dint have access to printer. I wanted ti do this as I thought it would help my grief and ended up causing stress and upset not receiving it on time. Very poor review given as I shouldn't have to of chased my order”
