You used one standard promotional code, which grants access to our standard digital pack, as detailed in the promotional deal’s terms and conditions. We have provided all relevant information on multiple occasions, and it seems there may be a misunderstanding regarding payments. No direct payment was made to us — we only have a record of one order placed using the promotional code. I bought this as a gift for a friend’s newborn baby. I thought it would be an original gift idea. I had no idea it would arrive in email form and would have to print the certificate myself….. which is literally so difficult as it is not self explanatory. So I am stuck with a gift that I will not be able to give. Would I buy again = definitely not! Would I recommend to others = definitely not! Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely awful that they don’t send a paper copy for the price! Seems like a good deal but actually abit of a scam. Was going to purchase for nieces and nephews but won’t bother. Tried to email and got blanked

Awful experience. I have reported this company to trading standards as I paid for a product that was never delivered. I contacted this company 39 times with no response. The worst part of this is that they know the product they’re selling is highly emotive.

I never received my pack that I paid extra for. After a bereavement this is just so upsetting and has really affected me. They said they sent out a new one but that hasn’t come too. I’ve contacted them and showed the tracking proves they didn’t send it but I’ve just been ignored.

Very disappointed as I spent £35 on the 1st June and my wife has still not received her box. If I had known it would have taken so long I definitely would not have ordered this!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with a company from which I ordered a "star box" in December, intending it as a special gift for my little boy. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them via email, I have received absolutely no response. It's now been several weeks, and we still have not received our order. What's more frustrating is the complete lack of communication options available; they've even disabled comments on their Facebook page, which now I understand why. The inability to engage with them on any platform has left me feeling ignored and helpless. This lack of customer service and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The experience has not only caused significant inconvenience but also ruined a gift meant to bring joy to my child. Avoid this company at all costs to prevent a similar disappointment.

Do not order from this company, they do not reply to emails and the tracking they send doesn’t actually track or update till said item is delivered which is never coz the items never turn up, said items were supposedly posted 12th December it is now 22nd December so ordered with plenty of time to arrive before Christmas as was sent by Royal Mail 24hrs as were Christmas presents for husband and sister in law , named a star after my mother in law after her unexpectedly passing this year, I’ve had plenty of other parcels arrive with Royal Mail, save your money and go elsewhere, luckily I’ve used PayPal so will be opening a case to get my money back but now don’t have time to order another from somewhere else in time for Christmas

Very overrated and expensive, £15 for a piece of card to hold paper you can print yourself. Only reason it gets a star is because it’s registered.

I ordered a yellow star but when emailed to myself it arrived being a orange star. I have emailed twice from my email and once from the email it was gifted to and have had no response and have no other way to contact about correcting it. I have used this company in the past and was happy but after this experience in future I will be shopping around.

Really disappointed to be honest. Wanted a star for my daughters friend who died months before her 18th birthday. Paid extra for a bright star. We've been given one near the south Pole which Will never be visible in the northern hemisphere. Was supposed to give my daughter some comfort. Too embarrassed to give her it now.
