“The gift is nice and the folder it comes in. However the return label on the actual postage envelope gave it away, so knew the gift inside. Could have been more discreet”

We offer a variety of products to tailor your gift for your star registration. We have Star Folder with a beautiful certificate inside, Star Box includes a certificate in a frame and a keepsake box. We also have star coordinates necklaces, mugs, T-shirts, keychains and posters. We've just emailed you instructions on how to add those to your star registration.

“Was really upset by lack of communication. I didn’t fill out the registry date so it was auto filled with todays date . I tried on several occasions to get this changed and my emails fell on deaf ears ! This was the most important date , as it was the date the person passed away on. Not Happy at all”

Thank you for leaving a review. We offer various gift packs for your star registration. Our beautiful Star Folder pack contains a certificate with golden stars in a luxury and ready to offer folder. We also offer Star Box where the certificate is already framed and placed in a keepsake box. If you'd like a different format, we also have wall posters of 2 different sizes. “I really liked the concept of the gift however I don’t believe a digital copy it worth the price I paid! I understand paying extra for the box but I believe a print off copy should be a given! If not it should be cheaper.”

“Nice as a gift, bought it for my class as an end of term gift but most parents didn't know what it was so had to explain the certificate. Needed support but there is no contact number which wasn't helpful so it would take between 1 day to 4 days to get a response. Would use them again but I'd definitely give myself longer than 2 weeks to receive everything even though it says 18hrs.”

“Purchased one star with voucher plus extras. All good. Second purchase with voucher, still unresolved. Communication from yourselves has stopped. Very poor.”

“I think it should be made very clear that to receive a paper star certificate it's going to cost an additional £15 minimum depending on the package you buy as I am sure I am not the first to be shocked by this. When you have brought it as a gift you cant then expect the recipient to pay the extra as I am sure for many this would be unaffordable. If it states at the time of purchase at least then you can make an informed decision.”

“It's a lovely gift though it becomes quite expensive to get a physical certificate as this is an add on from the online version. The certificate does not print out as is on screen if it did would have been 4 stars”
