“Nice as a gift, bought it for my class as an end of term gift but most parents didn't know what it was so had to explain the certificate. Needed support but there is no contact number which wasn't helpful so it would take between 1 day to 4 days to get a response. Would use them again but I'd definitely give myself longer than 2 weeks to receive everything even though it says 18hrs.”

“Purchased one star with voucher plus extras. All good. Second purchase with voucher, still unresolved. Communication from yourselves has stopped. Very poor.”

“still not recieaved the pack in the post just an email with where to look for the star was what was expected but thought they would have sent the pack they ofeered with the purchase”

“I think it should be made very clear that to receive a paper star certificate it's going to cost an additional £15 minimum depending on the package you buy as I am sure I am not the first to be shocked by this. When you have brought it as a gift you cant then expect the recipient to pay the extra as I am sure for many this would be unaffordable. If it states at the time of purchase at least then you can make an informed decision.”

“It's a lovely gift though it becomes quite expensive to get a physical certificate as this is an add on from the online version. The certificate does not print out as is on screen if it did would have been 4 stars”

“Service and delivery was good however I found it disappointing that if u order the certificate in the pack it has a white background if you order it as an email the pdf has a black background so if u wanted to print it off yourself you have to use all your black ink in the printer.”
