“I thought this was a great idea, to immortalise a loved one via their own star in the sky and so I purchased one and named one after my beloved mam who passed away only recently. Now whenever I look up, I know she's looking down on me. Her light shines bright forever.”

“I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with a company from which I ordered a "star box" in December, intending it as a special gift for my little boy. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them via email, I have received absolutely no response. It's now been several weeks, and we still have not received our order. What's more frustrating is the complete lack of communication options available; they've even disabled comments on their Facebook page, which now I understand why. The inability to engage with them on any platform has left me feeling ignored and helpless. This lack of customer service and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The experience has not only caused significant inconvenience but also ruined a gift meant to bring joy to my child. Avoid this company at all costs to prevent a similar disappointment.”

“brought this star for my kids after a recent loss and not sure im going to gove to them as very poor wuality lacks detail on where star is or any pictures certificate is very dark and can not read”

“Absolutely amazing! My best friend passed away last year at the age of 30. I wanted to do this as a gift for her parents which turned out beautiful and they loved it. I am so overwhelmed with happiness that I was able to do this. Thank you for making it become a reality and to be able to do such a memorable gift.”

“Not made clear at purchase it was only a printable at home one, as I don't have a printer this was no use at all , so waste of money. I would have thought Wowcher would have this clear but they didn't. Very disappointed.”

We believe each gift is unique and we offer various products for each star registration. Each customer can build their own gift as per their wishes. “Great gift idea and the website easy to use therfore purchasing was simple. Having the voucher to use against the price was an incentive as the basic package was very reasonable I would of liked to have the box with everything in but the cost would of rocketed( pardon the pun) therefore I missed giving 5stars.”

“I have always had the idea to name a star and after running out of ideas what to gift my Mum for her birthday, I decided on this. She was over the moon with her presentation box and is so chuffed to know that there's a star in the sky with her name on it! Re online ordering, payment, communication and delivery - 5 star experience!”
