“Was ok , not happy with the quality or look of the certificate seems very poor and for £15 I could have printed this myself”

“I did not receive my paper documents but after contacting Sky they did reissue them, they have now been received and my daughter was thrilled with the documents.”

“Folder should have came with a booklet not to be paid as extra”

“Service and delivery was good however I found it disappointing that if u order the certificate in the pack it has a white background if you order it as an email the pdf has a black background so if u wanted to print it off yourself you have to use all your black ink in the printer.”
