I’d like to remind you that you’ve contacted our customer service as you didn’t like the certificate you received by email where there the picture was cropped. Ana, our customer service representative, consulted with the design team and they confirmed that the image you’ve submitted is not optimum for the star certificate. We offered you a possibility to change the picture which follows our recommendations displayed on the page, you have chosen to continue with the original image and therefore it was printed as per your last email to us. “This was a gift via 'Wowser' for both my husband and myself. It was a complete nightmare trying to redeem it. Having to put it 'in the trolley ' and check it out as though we'd bought it was difficult and my husband had to ring up, as his code said it had already been used! We certainly wouldn't buy this as a gift anyone!”

We assist all the clients who contact us as unfortunately Royal Mail is extremely busy during the Christmas period and sometimes letters are lost. hi Sonya, Thank you for taking your time for leaving a review. Though we are very surprised to see one star and the team here is very disappointed as we delivered the service as we promise on our product page. You placed your order on 18/11/2019 3:16 pm, your certificate was delivered by email on the same day at 8:00 pm. You opened this email 5 times and 2 other emails 3 times and that's why we are surprised to hear that you didn't receive it. The certificate together with the star sheet is attached to the email. Also you never contacted our customer service that's why you don't know that it's 5-star rated but you still say that we need to get a better one.
