Quality of certificate was poor for the overall price paid. Very flimsy. Took a long time to arrive. Was in a basic envelope so all got damaged as weather was wet

I purchased a box gift set but also keychain with star coordinates on it. The box set was delivered and we were very happy with this but no keyring. I have sent email which automatic email said would be answered in 24 hours no response after 10 days and my follow up message has not been answered either. Fathers day has now been and gone and my husband did not get his gift.

I ordered a star as an anniversary gift for my husband. I ordered the online option. Due to a technical fault my email bounced back? I have emailed and emailed and have only had two replies. There is no other way of contacting anyone other than email. Shocking customer service absolutely gutted I can’t get any of the documents. Our anniversary has come and gone, still no reply, I think it’s because they want me to buy the more expensive package rather than the electronic version as when I emailed the first time round they sent me a link to order documents.

i ordered 4 stars back in february and i still have not received them. i’ve been in touch a number of time and still nobody has replied to me very disappointing as they were all for special birthdays!

Ordered what I thought was a £40 Star Gift set only to find out for the money you just receive an email confirming what star you have been given. I thought for that sort of money I would receive a certificate in a nice gift box as a bare minimum. Had to then spend a further £15 to receive 3 pieces of paper in a standard box. Overall, very disappointed and not worth £4 let alone £40

The product is wonderful but the customer service is dreadful. Spoils the whole experiance. Still trying to resole a situation with two Christmas gifts ad I think Tina is just obstructive.

Well I have nothing to review as the voucher I bought didn't work with the site first, then when I got it to work I had to pay more to get a decent pack for my wife, three weeks on other than an email I have nothing to show, seems like the usual online con shop as per usual

Please refer to the emails we sent to you, we have communicated to you the tracking number for your order which we sent to Ireland on the 3rd of January. You placed your order on the 23d of December, past the date we sent the last packages before Christmas and therefore it went to the January delivery, this was communicated to you on the page when you placed your order and repeated in the subsequent emails. Please note that it is sent from the United Kingdom and can take some time to delivered.

So I ordered before Christmas as a gift and here we are well into the new year and nothing … apparently this has been resolved but apart from an email confirming my payment there has been no information or details of the gift which I bought for my wife in the first place

Not made clear at purchase it was only a printable at home one, as I don't have a printer this was no use at all , so waste of money. I would have thought Wowcher would have this clear but they didn't. Very disappointed.

Tried to change the email address of the recipient, only for this company to resend the gift to the wrong email address a second time . Not impressed with the customer service of this company and the matter still hasn't been resolved to a satisfactory conclusion. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company in the future.

I have not received my folder or certificates as yet after several weeks. I have previously ordered 4 other certificates with no problem. I would never use you again or recommend you to anyone else. So disappointing as well as costing me money.

Hi Diane, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We have checked your order and you ordered Star Folder only on the 25th of November and not several weeks ago, we sent it on the 26th of November and provided you with the Royal Mail tracking numebr. It usually takes around 2-4 business days to get it delivered and Royal Mail experiences high volumes and strikes, which is out of our control. We are sure it will be delivered these days, if not please get in touch with our customer service and our team will be happy to help you.

I can also see that you have opened your emails multiple times. We have checked all the links with the star registration certificate and they work correctly on our side. We apologise for the delay in the delivery of the keyring though we believe the review is unfair as the advertised delivery time for the keyring is 10 working days, you ordered it less than 10 working days ago. Your keyring will be delivered on Monday, we have communicated to you the tracking number where you can track the UPS in real-time. We have sent you at least 7 emails about your order detailing all the deliveries and star registration information highlighting that your star pack and the keyring arrive in different shipments. I can see in our system that you have opened all of them. We are not Amazon and our small team works hard to get all the orders as fast as possible, we usually deliver earlier than our advertised time but it is not always possible due the circumstances beyond our control such as strikes. We clearly say how many days it takes on all product pages on our website to avoid any disappointments. I am sorry you feel that way but we have communicated extensively answering all your questions. I hope for your understanding.
