Have not received full order ,missing chain was a birthday gift could only give half a present. Dis contact customer service no reply as yet .Very disappointed.

You contacted us under a different name and from a different email address, we responded to you on the same day and asked to confirm your order details as we couldn't find you in our system, you haven't responded, so we were unable to address your ticket. We pack all the orders manually and on rare occasions, human errors can happen but we are always here to rectify and find the best possible solution for our clients. I'd like to apologise for this delay, for some reason, our system has trouble to deliver your email. The certificate was delivered and a free coupon for name a star product was offered.

hi Lucy, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very disappointed to hear that we didn't leave up to your expectations. Let me address a couple of points from your review. You had a discount code and we helped you to use it when you contacted our customer service. We also followed up on your order to make sure that you managed to use it correctly. We are not sure what you mean by charging twice for a star, as we don't have any records of it in our system including attempts. We thoroughly investigated all the records associated with your order and I can share the results of our audit with you privately. We also sent you 3 emails regarding your order which contain all the information about your star registration. Those emails were successfully delivered and opened multiple times by you. In total, we had at least 10 contact touch points. We believe that "not any communication or help" is not a fair point to our team as Ana helped you and we kept a constant flow of communication on your order. We appreciate all the feedback as it helps us to become a better customer-centric company, we'd appreciate if you could let us know what we could do better to serve you as a customer.

Not happy. Today's date is 15.04.2022 I bought this for my wife's birthday...21.04.22 I go on holiday on Sunday. Nothing through yet. Waste of my money.

I've still not received my certificate as of yet which is so disappointing, I wanted it on valentines day but as of today the 22nd of February I've still not received

We believe there is a misunderstanding with your order, our records indicate that your star certificate was successfully delivered on the 9th of February, so it's not right that you haven't received it. We have provided you with a tracking number for your order where you could see where your order is, this tracking number was communicated to you by email. During busy Christmas periods, international orders from the UK may take a little bit longer to arrive through customs and unfortunately, it's beyond our control.

Not worth the money £30 and everything is sent to you digital you have to pay another £30 for a “star box” with everything printed off not very good value for money in my opinion

We offer a variety of addons and you can opt for paperless star registration or a printed pack with a black or white frame, add a poster available in two sizes or choose from our silver necklaces. I can see that you have chosen paperless digital star registration which is delivered by email to you and directly to the gift recipient, we've also added a complimentary Instagram-ready certificate, and we constantly add new digital services which are available to all our existing customers.

I thought this would be a great gift. However when viewing the star it could have been any as its only a picture of a star. Felt it was a big con, very very disappointed

Very difficult to find your star, it appears to me its a kinda take the money and run sort of gift, finding your star is extremely difficult, does it really have to be this difficult????

I'd like to metion that the star data sheet is always sent together with the certificate. The detailed information how to find your star can also be found on our website. And we confirm that we provide a star naming gifting service that is symbolic, it states on our website to avoid any misunderstanding with our beloved customers.
