“Unfortunately one of my packets of chocolate arrived damaged. The customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful or speedy. Excellent service. I can’t comment on the taste & quality of the chocolate as they were all Christmas presents!”

“Friars chocolates are so delicious! Bought a selection of different flavours as stocking fillers for my family for Christmas as usual. We all like to swap one with each other so that we get to try the different flavours.. they all taste really delicious but my favourite ones are the Violet creams! Roll on Easter!”

“Excellent chocolates. They are generous in size and the fillings are delicious. I ordered a sugar free box and they are just as delicious.I also ordered dark chocolate brazil nuts. Dark chocolate brazil nuts are unusual as they sre usually in milk chocolate. The nuts were big and the chocolate thick. Really lovely and fresh and there were lots in the box. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended.”

“I can't speak about the yumminess, because I sent prosecco and chocolate covered coconut macaroons to a friend in Wales, and didn't experience them myself. But they arrived quickly, just in time for Christmas, and fortuitously were both a gift and a comforting gesture, as my friend had injured her leg during the building of her new home in a renovated chapel. I don't suppose doctors prescribe tender coconut, chocolate or bubbles to soothe such a wound, nor did they do anything to remove the pain. Yet her thanks were generous, and I believe knowing that someone far away cared enough to send an edible hug must have helped her to preserve some fraction of the jolly holiday spirit. Therefore, many thanks. I will remember your good service the next time presents must stand in for presence.”
