“We had a problem with one of our recent orders, not of Friars' doing, may I add. However, the company and staff bent over backwards to resolve the situation, and I cannot thank them enough for what they did. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly. I cannot recommend both the company and its staff highly enough, and will certainly continue buying with them in the future as well as recommending them to my family and friends.”

“I bought the small box of Valentine's chocolates for my lovely better who half loved them. I was allowed to try a couple and they were delicious. In future no more Lindt chocolate for us, so glad we found you.”
