“Lovely chocolates but the reason I’ve given 4 stars is because two out of the three items I ordered had a use by date of October 2021 so have to use them quickly.”

Can we offer our apologies, we do try to send products out with as long a best before date as possible. However if you would like to ring us, we will attempt to sort this out for you.

“The chocs were superb ( given as a gift) but sadly, the presentation not great. How could a choc end up, up - side down in the box & mark the lid? Had to open it & re- position chocs & carefully clean the lid & re- seal. Also the white wrapping paper just looked like computer paper with perforations from the 80's!! Your product is great but presentation let's it down.”

We’re sorry you were disappointed with your order. We will pass your feedback to the packing team to make sure items are packed properly. We can assure you that the wrapping paper is not computer paper, however it is perforated so that our packers can easily tear off the appropriate sized piece for the product and the box. “Ordered chocs and gin on-line. Was not told for 3.96 I could have had free postage.Would rather have had more chocolate than pay postage. Will know in future!”

“I bought a box if the Kakoa range. I'm breast feeding my son and after being gifted lots of milk chocolate his skin came out in an angry rash. I have now given up dairy but still wanted some yummy 'milk' like chocolates. I found Kakoa and loved them. Having a few vegan milc chocs was such a treat. Thanks”
