Site/ ordering/products very good BUT delivery and posting speed eg processing… not good slow and not getting products away over the weekend.. come on 24 /7. Nice choc!

tried to buy 2 boxes at £10 discount ,but only allowed one.. I ordered a £24 box of boozey chocs.but recieved 6 individual PACKETS.not what i wanted.canhardley ,give these as apresent.very dissapointed

I had bought these as a present and whilst they were nicely wrapped they came in a box with paper around them it would be better had they been protected by bubble wrap as most of the sheets are broken and in bits -I accept Royal Mail may not have taken much care but the box wasn’t even marked fragile I wouldn’t order again from this company mj

The first box (unsweetened) came scattered all over the box and didn't fit properly The second overstocked came in 2 different flavours and, again, were in an inappropriate box which made the chocolates almost impossible to remove

Bought vegan chocolate but wasn’t When you look at the advert it says vegan but as a - next to it meaning it’s not be easier to leave the word vegan off but that would be less misleading

Thanks for your review, we do have a selection of vegan chocolates, which we do advertise, however the majority of our chocolates are unfortunalty not suitable. Chocolates were packed poorly, some of the chocolates were upside down in the packet, these were part of a 6th anniversary gift but I purchased some more chocolates from a different company .

Disappointed with the colours. In picture the colours were more pastel than the ones I have received; that's why I chose Friars.

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your review. I have looked at your tracking with Royal Mail, your parcel was marked as delivered on 23rd March, with a name and signature of the person who signed for it. Ordered a chocolate pizza but the cellaphone around it had all peeled off so looks although it has already been opened which is disappointing as giving as a gift

I orders vegetable shape chocolates. They are very very tiny. I'm quite disappointed . For the price I paid . Far too expensive for what you get. I don't think I be ordered again from this site. Its a Christmas present so I just hope the flavour gonna be good. But overall not happy 😕

Paid for next day delivery, came about four days late, they did refund postage but as it was an advent calendar and a gift I was a little disappointed, Advent calender is brilliant, would have given five stars if not for postage issue.

We ordered a lovely Chocolate Advent Calendar from Friars for friends in Germany thinking that it would be made in England and were very sad to find that it was in fact made in Germany. Nothing about that on the website.

I ordered two boxes of chocolates (8th November) but they send the wrong ones (also different from invoice). They didn't want them returned, but still haven't sent the right ones.

I order about £50 worth of chocolate but they have sent me short-dated items. Manufacturing dates are February 2021 and expire dates February 2022. I ordered them to send another country for my parents and it takes about two months to go there. And the items are not in good quality as they are damaged. It is not fair to clear the short-dated items when the customers order online.

Hi Thamara. Thank you for your reply and I do apologise that you are disappointed. We have the standard policy of a 3 month shelf life with the products we pack to ensure that they are kept fresh with it being a perishable item. When it does get close to the 2 month best before date we do offer a discount to reduce any stock we may have left rather than have to dispose of it. Kind regards, Friars Customer Service.
