“Had a problem this morning with one of our coffee machines, booked a service call. All up and running within 6 hours. Engineer was very informative and provided a clear and precise explanation of the problem and solution. Excellent service.”

“Steve Moore is very kind and friendly. We were using a different company for our Billi taps for a while and due to bad service switched to FreshGround to find that the service is second to none. Prices are also cheaper.”

“The whole team from sales to services, installation, account management and finance have been so quick to respond to any query I have. Nick, who installed the machine for us was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything about the machine; setting it up, adjustments, usage, maintenance and cleaning. So far they have all just been a joy to work with!”

“Due to an issue with our Billi tap James had to make several visits to our office to resolve the problem. He dealt with the matter professionally and advised on what he was doing throughout, which was reassuring. I have dealt with James over a number of years and have always been impressed with his level of customer service and one of the reasons we remain with FreshGround.”
