“Ordered a Freshground water cooler for our kitchen at Basepoint Bournemouth Airport, the day after delivery an engineer was here in the morning to fit it. Pat was super friendly, did a fantastic job of installing the cooler and told me all I needed to know about the machine. Customer service was excellent, Dean was extremely helpful through the sales process and helping us figure out what cooler would be ideal for our small space.”
