Our FreshGround machine is the focal point of our tea room. We have always found the FreshGround staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to deal with. On the odd occasion that there is a problem, just one call to Joe in Client Care and if required an engineer needs to attend an appointment is promptly arranged. Ryan Payne attended today, quickly sorted out the problem and the machine was returned to service! Keep up the good work!

Fantastic Service and Support from Freshground. We've been using Freshground for a while now, and honestly, we couldn't be happier with both their products and their service. Their coffee machines and water coolers have been a game-changer for us, and the quality of their coffee beans is top-notch - out team loves them! What really makes Freshgound stand out, though, is the people behind the company. A huge thank you to Russell, Clive, Joe, Stuart, Doyle, Slav, and everyone else working hard behind the scenes. Whether it's servicing, technical support, or just general advice, they're always there when we need them - friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had a call out to site to fix one of our hot water machines, the gent who attended was lovely, really professional and got the machine working again.

As per usual prompt and efficient, quick to discuss the issue and resolve on site, engineer showed us what actually went wrong and what he is doing to fix the solution.

Hi, we had an engineer on site however when he had left he did not update us on anything as usually the other engineers would have told us something. I don't recollect a signature being taken to confirm the works were completed.

Maintenance service appointment was re-booked because engineer was unavailable in the first instance. FreshGround maintained clear communications throughout. At the end, another engineer Lyndon was assigned and arrived our office. He did the maintenance of Billi drinking water tap machine professionally.

FreshGround machines are second to none as are their staff - from Joe in Client Care, to their engineers Slav and Lyndon. We have had our coffee machine for several years and wonder how we managed before it arrived! The machine offers such a great selection of beverages so it caters for everyone. On the rare occasion that a problem arises their staff are prompt to respond, from an initial call with an engineer to arranging a quick site visit and the issue is quickly resolved.
