“This review mainly relates to the replenishment of supplies and installation, as we have been fortunate to not have any issues with our 3 machines. The installation of the machines was brilliant, the engineer was very friendly and efficient. The service provided by FreshGround has been excellent. Enquiries via email are usually answered within a few hours, and delivery is always very quick too.”

“Fresh Ground and their customer service team, have always been super helpful whenever we encounter an issue with our coffee machine. The engineers (Pieter and Steve) are always professional and friendly and very knowledgeable about our machine. The salesperson assigned to our company always advises on what machine we should upgrade to (which at some point we'll need to).”
