“FreshGround machines are second to none as are their staff - from Joe in Client Care, to their engineers Slav and Lyndon. We have had our coffee machine for several years and wonder how we managed before it arrived! The machine offers such a great selection of beverages so it caters for everyone. On the rare occasion that a problem arises their staff are prompt to respond, from an initial call with an engineer to arranging a quick site visit and the issue is quickly resolved.”
