“Our installer arrived on time. The machine had been delivered the day before. Installation was quick, done in an hour and the work was clean and tidy. We were given a full demonstration and talked through how to clean the machine and top it up. We were very impressed overall.”

“Engineer arrived, but explained that he had no replacement unit on board. His office hadn't told him enough information or he would have got a replacement organised. A replacement has now been requested and should arrive next week.”

“Ryan was friendly and helpful and explained things. just one negative that the hot chocolate pod at the top was not put on properly so when people started to use it was shaking from side to side and not giving out any chocolate, in the end after 5 or 6 times i managed to get into place i hope.”
