“Slav came to the rescue once again! Always so helpful and explains everything that he does. After fixing an issue with our coffee machine he then changed the filters and went through the process so that I can do it myself, next time. Thank you Slav for calling in at the last minute”

“Service call completed today for an elderly, hardworking Jura machine. Slav attended and went the extra mile calling a colleague to divert to our location with a new part that was not on his own van and we were back up and running before the end of the morning. The call was requested after 3.00pm the day before, so attendance was arranged very promptly too. Excellent service.”

“Our hot chocolate machine stopped working so Freshground arranged for someone to come out and fix this within 2 days and offered some troubleshooting solutions for the meantime. Very happy with the resolution provided and our hot chocolate is back up and running!”

“Engineer came to fix one thing and I asked him to a favor to quickly look at something else and he did. It only took him 30 sec to address the second item I asked him to look at, however his can do/will do attitude deserves 5*. Thank you Piotr”
