“Matt Thomas has recently visited the Serpentine to fix our faulty coffee machine! Great customer service and left the machine in a much better condition than before! The coffee now tastes much better as well! Thank you Matt!”

“Chris attended site to sort out our Ergo F4. He kindly showed me a little tip about how the tube where the milk goes through is fitted on the machine. After a longer than expected visit our machine is now working fully again. A pleasure that Chris took the time to explain the issues resolved.”

“Slav came to the rescue once again! Always so helpful and explains everything that he does. After fixing an issue with our coffee machine he then changed the filters and went through the process so that I can do it myself, next time. Thank you Slav for calling in at the last minute”

“Service call completed today for an elderly, hardworking Jura machine. Slav attended and went the extra mile calling a colleague to divert to our location with a new part that was not on his own van and we were back up and running before the end of the morning. The call was requested after 3.00pm the day before, so attendance was arranged very promptly too. Excellent service.”
