“Our F3 Egro Qube was not working due to problems with the hopper. I face timed an engineer called Slav Nowak and between us we managed to fix the fault. Of course, this made a lot of people at the company very happy as they could continue to enjoy the great taste of coffee from FreshGround!”

“Our machine suddenly went down. Freshground Service team attended the next day and resolved the issue. Good service, friendly service engineer who provided some useful tips and hints on how to keep the machine working efficiently.”
