“The engineer arrived on time, he understood what the issue was, he was polite, courteous and knowledgable about the product. Kept us informed of what the fault was and the repairs, also understood the urgency of the repair to make sure the fault was repaired quickly. Also ensured that the equipment was reassembled well, returned to how it was and working as expected before leaving.”

“From reporting the issue to its resolution, everything was completed in under 24 hours. The communication between both companies was outstanding. The engineer arrived as scheduled and was efficient, professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He completed the job and left everything in perfect order. Truly amazing, thank you!”

“We were having issues with limescale build-up in our existing machine. We initially consulted FreshGround and came up with a resolution, but this ultimately turned out to not be viable. However after a helpful conversation with the installation technician for our new machine we were able to work with the Installations and Client Experience teams to arrive at a satisfactory outcome, so all in all, happy with outcome.”

“Ryan Payne came to our offices for a planned maintenance service of the coffee machine yesterday. Afterwards he talked me through what he had done and ordered a part that needs replacing that we can install ourselves. It arrived today. Excellent service.”
