“From the very beginning, the customer service was excellent. When the engineer wasn't able to resolve the issue remotely, another technician was promptly sent out the very next day to fix our Billi tap. The entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, we're very satisfied with the service received.”

“We reported an issue with your hot/cold tap and the team were very swift to fix the issue. There was an initial video call to virtually assist. Once is was established that further assistance was needed, The team then sent out Jay who went above and beyond to ensure the tap was back up and running in no time. Excellent service, quick and efficient. Thank you for all your help!”
