“Just to recap the feedback — and something to be proud of: we’re fortunate to have such excellent engineers maintaining our coffee machines, milk dispensers, and Billi water dispensers, including planned PPMs. I’d also like to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by Ryan Payne, Lyndon Pollard, and Catherine Crawford. Throughout their recent work, they consistently demonstrated professionalism, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and clear communication ensured that everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. Their collaborative attitude and willingness to go the extra mile have not gone unnoticed and made a significant difference in the successful delivery of the service. It’s truly a pleasure to work with such capable and dedicated individuals. please kindly pass on the following feedback to Stuart (apologies, I don’t have his surname): Every time I need assistance with changing the delivery address—whether it's for the Glasgow office or London—I always feel reassured when Stuart picks up the call. He's incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. Within just a few minutes, I receive confirmation with the correct delivery address reflected on the sales order. It’s a level of service that really stands out, and I truly appreciate his support.”
