“I wish other ferry companies websites and customer service were as efficient and helpful as Freightlink`s. Really quick and easy to book. I had one enquiry and phoned a lady on the Motorhome booking contact us who answered my query instantly. My only slight quibble would be for motorhome/car drivers booking, it is not clear if the cabins are shared with anyone else. My suggestion would be to put on the website when booking, exactly what type of cabin you are getting on a given sailing. For example, it worried my wife a little bit if we would be sharing. She need not have worried!!! Good job Freightlink. Will be crossing with you again. Many Thanks.”
