“Clean passenger areas and cabins; friendly and helpful staff; good choice of meals and presentation; ease of access from top loading deck. Having limited mobility it was a little difficult from lower deck due to steep stairs and other passengers with same difficulties agreed. However, on our trip out it was the first time the others had not been on top deck in 15 trips. I will use your service again and recommend it.”
