“Great customer service. I was delighted to receive a call from Joe on my way to the Eurotunnel. He had taken the time to check my travel details and was after some missing information. His proactivity made everything very smooth when I arrived. Also a note of thanks to Patrick and Patrick with previous bookings / sailings.”

“Crossing was cheaper than booking direct with the ferry company. Staff were very helpful in responding to our queries as we had never booked as freight before for a one-off crossing with a commercial vehicle. Booking with Freightlink was especially useful as our booked sailing was cancelled at the last minute and it was extremely easy to swap to another carrier by phone at relatively short notice.”
