“I use Free Agent to run two separate businesses. It is very easy to use and on the rare occasion I do need assistance the the spport is fantastic. Although oneof the businesses is not perhaps the type Free Agent was intended for and i have to work round one or two things it is still better to use that other packages I have tried”

“Really easy to use and understand. Enables you to keep track of invoices, bills and money in the bank very easily. However it would be nice to be able to do a bit more analysis of figures using FreeAgent directly. But overall its a great product!”

“Great system, though there are some areas that need developing: reporting is too limited more bank feeds set-up (triodos please!) ...but these will be building on a great platform - keep it up!”

“I tried all the apps for this service and Freeagent just fit the bill with easy to use functionality. I run my own business so have to do everything myself. Using Freeagent, I can see where I am financially with input expenses and invoices and seeing how much VAT I will need to pay allows me to budget. I can invoice so easily and the reminders is a great feature ensuring I get paid pretty much on time for everything. Great value and great features with excellent support.”

“Initially it took me a little while to work out the best way to use FreeAgent to meet my needs, probably because I'm prone to diving straight in and I didn't totally understand the instructions. However, all of a sudden it just clicked. Since then, FreeAgent has been brilliant. It has made everything so easy for me. My monthly accounts now take me about an hour is so to do, but I am a small limited company with only two directors. All my transactions are uploaded from my bank, I link then to reason codes and attach scans etc. I balance the remaining monies and hey presto, done. Simple.”

“I started my own business last year and I have found FreeAgent really easy to use even for someone like me with no experience of book-keeping or accounting. The support staff have been excellent anytime I have needed to contact them. They explain things in layman's terms and just make the whole thing less daunting! Thanks! Keep up the good work!”

“It used to take me at least 2 days to do my end of year accounts with all the repetitive data input to match my bank statements. Now I've moved to Freeagent it takes about 2 hours! I now import the statements straight from my bank and into the software. The software automatically remembers similar transactions so its easy to file multiple entries to the correct account. Freeagent you're fantastic - hank you.”

“After years of frustration having to work with old-fashioned, expensive & poor accounting software I was recommended to try FreeAgent. Two years later I can say that FreeAgent is streets ahead of everything else, simple to use, has all the functions necessary, excellent support on the rare occasion it is required, great value for money and, by making it cloud-based, it is accessible anywhere.”

“A great tool. It covers all the needs for my small partnership and the self-assessment section gives me a good idea of what the tax for each partner is going to be, so we don't get a surprise at year end. One extra feature I would like to see is favourites for mileage expenses, so I don't have to set the details the same each time I visit a client for the same reason.”

“An essential tool for people running their own business. It is also very user friendly and you don't need to be remotely numerate to make sense of what you have to do but the support from the team is first class when you need advice. Free Agent has transformed the financial management of my business.”

“I was so happy to discover FreeAgent after years of struggling with spreadsheets! The programme is easy to use and particularly helpful if you find visual displays (graphs, colours etc) appealing to work with. The online support is fast, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend Freeagent as it has revolutionised my accounts! I actually look forward to doing them now!”

“I've been with FreeAgent for 7 months now and could not be without it. It took time and a lot of patience from the support team, but now I use it to mail invoices, reminders and it has made my life (& my accountant's) so much easier. It works out everything out and all I have to do is check that the balances tally and explain my transactions and as of by magic it does all the hard work. I'm so pleased I joined and so is my accountant, the taxman and VAT!!!”

“As an extremely busy small trader handling a very large number of online orders daily, we need as much automation as possible. Setting up data-feeds from our various banks and paypal was quick and easy, and now saves HUGE amounts of time. FreeAgent is easy to set up, easy to understand and easy to use.
