No body that the head lamp got very hot and if your running the bike just to charge up because you cannot use the motor bike don't have it covered or the plastic lamp will melt, as what happened to my motor bike. £193!

Delivery was good and quick website easy enough to use but sadly the part o selected for the model and year of my bike was sightly the wrong size

I have used Fowlers for parts before and they have always delivered quickly and parts are good quality. They are a bit expensive which loses them a lot of trade because with ebay and amazon providing a selection of equivalent parts I buy most of my items through them.

Needed two suspension pads that nobody else had. Ordered a few other bits and pieces to pad out the order even though I could have done better elsewhere. As it turned out, one of the pads were unavailable even though my order had gone through. Also couldn't find copper washers for brake hose banjo bolt so had to order elsewhere. Not my best experience, however the dispatch time is second to none.

Expensive for what they are (rubber washer) expensive delivery costs. There was no weight or size issue. This item would have fitted into a small jiffy bag. Don't see how it could cost £3.99 to post via Royal Mail.

Part as described but very expensive. £52 for a small pipe. Also delivered to my old address as saved on the system

Not very happy .ordered 3 parts 1 was on back order this is ok so got the other 2 dispatched to me then couple of emails from fowlers later find out only 1 part is being delivered because warehouse staff cannot find other part when it is then delivered after 5 failed attempts because delivery driver cannot read instructions to leave with neighbour packet was cut open and thrown in my front garden not happy. Sent pictures of this to fowlers and called them no apology no response at all .was my first time using this company not very good customer service in my opinion

Postage has no second class option so a small clip @ £2.50 part became £8.50 with post! Very good site to navigate though.

Great service, but the order did seem to get duplicated a month later with the same invoices and emails saying my or was on its way. I had to email to say order already completed and I don't want another one.

Found it easy to order and pay for the parts . Because not all parts where in stock I had to pay for 2 lots of postage , while not expensive it was a cost that I do not think I should have to cover. as i could not proceed with the job until I had all the parts , they could have retained the goods until all had arrived and sent as one package for the single cost.

Fowlers excellent, DPD parcel company absolute rubbish, they say your not in when you are, take photos of someone elses door and car. Due to them Using DPD i can no longer use them anymore for my parts.

Only gave 3 stars as the parts offered are more expensive than other suppliers, some are nearly twice the price of OM parts offered elsewhere.
