Poor experience this time. I ordered some shims that were showing as in stock. Only one shim of the 7 I ordered arrived along with a note saying there had been an issue with the picking system and the remaining order would be dispatched at a later date. I chased after 3 days and was told that the machine hadn't been fixed and couldn't provide an ETA. Had to source shims elsewhere and then, like buses they both arrived at the same time.
To put this in context I've ordered things in the past and never had a problem but this was particularly inconvenient as the bike was off the road waiting for parts.
