“Would have been 5 stars but we did have a problem with the accuracy of triumph parts on the web site. However after a little hassle on the phone, I received a very quick reply and happy solution from Sam after sending an email.”

“Make sure u know what u need exactly, don’t rely on advice given when u call them, it’s inaccurate. I was told that I needed 2 O-rings to solve an issue, there was only space for 1, engine side of pipe didn’t require any only pipe side”

“Since I was'nt at Home unfortunately ups brought my delivery to a pick up Station 1km away from my home (an envelope which fit in my letterbox..) . 3 days later I had time to go there. I spent 20 pounds to get it within 2-3 days, and got it in 6. Otherwise I would have rated 5. Cheers,Andre”

“really good service from these guy's,only disapointment was i tried to add something to an out of stock item that was on back order for me and was told they can't adjust an order once it's on the system so i had to pay postage again.i was in sales for many year's left about 15 year's ago and you could always adjust/add to a customer's order on our old sap system”
