“Parts in the box, insulated on top, no insulation on the bottom, box had been crushed but luckily exhaust gasket was ok. Great service.”

“Placing the order was simple. It arrived it top condition and as ordered. The only improvement could be more update information from Fowlers as order placed & confirmed on 1.11.20 and no communication or update until the 10.11.20 e mail that the item had been dispatched. 10 day silence started to make me feel the order was lost.”

“Ordered a couple of items and was advised that one was not available. Waited a couple of weeks for the other to arrive but no delivery? Called and left a message via the contact page on the webiste and received a call from Steve. All sorted in the end and all parts arrived and fitted. Excellent service with a slight hiccup, hence 4 stars.”

“Fowlers are the go - to place for motorbike parts. The site is exceptionally easy to use and a great resource. It's hard to think how the service could be improved, the only request I have is that older models are supported as I often have to use a competitor's site to find part numbers.”
