Good web site, fast delivery but boy were these float bowl gaskets expensive (£9.94 +VAT), especially as it's a four cylinder bike.

Very slow and painfull 2 order .. on line got parts in the end .. sooner buy and collect at fowlers parts counter . Phoned order over the phone as it was not letting me on line . then they asked 4 postage money . But on line its free when u spend x amount .. painfull. Good bye .

Hi Paul We are very sorry to learn that you experienced difficulties while placing an order on line. During office hours we offer a live chat facility to help which can be used by clicking the blue "chat now" tab which is located in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. after taking time to look for the part I needed & paid for, I was looking forward to fitting it however when I got the part out of the package it was not the part I ordered. not the best way of double checking to see if it was the right part before sending.

Hi Alan Please be assured that we offer all of our parts at the manufacturers recommended price. These do range and on occasion some parts attract a higher price than you might expect. This can be due to a number of reasons. It could be because they are quite specific in their role, the materials or manufacturing process involved. Order was short. Parts staff member got jumpy and quite rude when reviewing pick list. I appreciate Coronavirus was top of mind but I wouldn't be having to approach the counter to review a list if the order had been correctly. Not a good impression on my first visit to Fowlers.

communication was very poor, when they did communicate three days later was told item would be with me until 8th March turns up two days later, witch is good, don't seem they no what's going on. Normally use Fowlers web page very good, not there ebay which i wont be using again

The parts were good and did come quickly but i was bit disappointed as when you select the items it says quantity it said 2 but what it meant was how many it requires not how many you got in the order and £3 for posting bolts was pretty bad

Meine Bestellung dauerte leider länger als 3 Wochen. Außerdem war es nicht möglich den Status der Lieferung zu verfolgen. Bie bestellen Teile entsprachen aber den Erwartungen. Ich werde wieder bei Fowler einkaufen.

A.bit hit or miss on whether they're able to supply honda/montesa Parts but worth a try as theirs no one else in bristol that can help with parts for this make of bike !

The parts were sent promptly by Fowlers only to be let down by their choice of courier (DPD) who failed to deliver on time, and then proceeded to lie to me saying I wasn't at home to sign for the delivery, in truth they didn't even turn spat my address and then refused any sort of recompense. So yes Fowlers did their bit and were let down by DPD.

Great to be able to see fiche for my 99 bike. Makes finding parts easier than competitor sites who only list selective parts even though they sell more than those. Purchase and delivery was simple. Sadly pricing (presumably mostly Honda?) means I won’t buy as much as I’d otherwise like to from them. Postage cost was a bit high for 3 tiny parts at £3. Normally I’d say this was acceptable, but when the parts pricing is so ridiculous it’s adding insult to injury.

This part arrived well but the other part - order number 836724 - has still not been refunded after two weeks following the advertised part not being available - despite saying it was available on back order.
